as a copyright infringement(Copyvios report) of https://www.eventricity.biz/ (Duplication Detector report · Copyvios report). This criterion applies only in unequivocal cases, where there is no free-content material on the page worth saving and no later edits requiring attribution – for more complicated situations, see Wikipedia:Copyright violations. See CSD G12.

- see https://www.eventricity.biz/privacy-policy-legal-information/ where the appropriate copyright information is provided.

because in its current form it serves only to promote or publicise an entity, person, product, or idea, and would require a fundamental rewrite in order to become encyclopedic. However, the mere fact that a company, organization, or product is a page's subject does not, on its own, qualify that page for deletion under this criterion. Nor does this criterion apply where substantial encyclopedic content would remain after removing the promotional material as deletion is not cleanup; in this case please remove the promotional material yourself, or add the

tag to alert others to do so. See CSD G11.

The page may be deleted under any criterion that is valid.

- please read the article. You will find that it is

  - detailed, balanced, factual, accurate and unbiased to any particular company.
  - further it does NOT reference or advertise a single company, instead it provides details of all providers in this area.
  - it does not advertise ANY company, but does provides links that provide information in this specialised area.

Finally, whilst I am the author of the majority of this article, and I use (with full rights) information from my own company (eventricity Ltd) - it on NO way is an advertisement for me, or my company - we provide this information freely and in the public domain - I do not advertise or even mention myself in the article. - I do not receive any funding or payment for doing this.

The original intention was, above all, to provide a clear, detailed and unbiased explanation of this subject, and to do so without advertising or coercion.

I am considered a world leading expert in this field and have won several awards for my work. I also lecture at Oxford SAID and speak at international conferences in this area - and yet, if you read the article, you will see that it is an encyclopaedic definition rather than an advertorial. Sadly your last two reviewers, who have no knowledge of the subject, seem to differ in their opinion. I try to be charitable and think this is because of their ignorance in this area.

I would ask you to simply read the last original version and draw your own conclusions.

This page should not be speedily deleted because...

(There are two allegations stating that the page should be speedily deleted; infringement of copyright and promotion of a company/product.

Both allegations are incorrect.

a) the information provided in the article was written by me (Mark Holtom). It's source is some of the pages and articles I have written on my company's site (www.eventricity.biz). I own the copyright for this writing AND have provided this copyright freely to Wikipedia for it to use.

There is no coyright inforngement as I own the copyright of the source material and have given this freely to Wikipedia.

b) The article references all and every main provider of Event Driven Marketing - not just eventricity. It is an equal and fair analysis of the marketplace and does NOT promote eventricity.

It doesn't promote eventricity, but this is an allegation. It is not possible to prove a negative, so I suggest that those stating this need to provide proof of their allegations. If they exist, this should be simple to do.

Finally (and separately) as this page has been deleted, there is no reference for Event Driven Marketing in Wikipedia. The redirection now points to some generic blurb on marketing. This is analagous to removing an article about 'Tesla Motors' and forwarrding the link to 'Automobiles'.
