Amazingly, the submission was only a few seconds old when a request for its deletion was added. It may be a stub, but I promise you that individuals across Europe suffer badly from Eurospeak. Google found the reference in the EU for me and whoever put the deletion request should have googled first. Of course, the world could live without this entry.
