Assistance needed adding a reference for Joe Smith

Help! Please review my un-installed edit. I cannot get the syntax right without errors for the following attempted reference:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elektra_Records "He would be replaced by Joe Smith, who later went on to become CEO of Capitol Records."

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes) /* 1970s (Asylum Records merger) */ Added a reference to Joe Smith's being Capitol's CEO which appeared on his book's jacket.

Reference with syntax errors, Help!: <ref>{{cite web |Joe Smith, "Off the Record: An Oral History of Popular Music" (1988) {{ISBN|044651232X}}, ''[http://www.folklib.net/graphics/book/folklib_bibliog_fb3.gif |title=About the Author (on the jacket's back flap)]'' |publisher=FolkLib Index |accessdate=May 19, 2017}}</ref>

"|publisher=FolkLib Index" is not required, but the syntax is wrong whether it's there or not.
