He's a qualified academic publishing with peer review. Cited by Dresser, but i don't know in what context. Don't see any reason not consider reliable. I think if there were a conflict we should prefer journal publication, but otherwise completely usable. fiveby(zero) 14:44, 13 June 2020 (UTC)

I think per WP:NEWSORG Scholarly sources and high-quality non-scholarly sources are generally better than news reports for academic topics we should be careful to use certain sources only in the "Modern reappraisal" or "City-centre memorial statue" sections. fiveby(zero) 17:18, 13 June 2020 (UTC)
