Removed "Ways to improve" section edit

An anonymous editor kept adding links to a commercial website. I reverted twice and then noticed the root of the problem: this article had a "Ways to prepare" section which was just a listing of books and commercial websites and commercial training courses. I tried pruning the section but finally realised that it actually didn't belong in Wikipedia at all.

Here's the version of this page before I reverted, pruned, and removed: [1].

There was probably useful info in that section, but Wikipedia isn't a shopping portal nor a buyers guide. This sort of info can be put in blogs, personal websites, company websites or the companies could pay for advertising somewhere, but it doesn't belong in Wikipedia.
