editWhat is that pic right of the content? Does not appear to be in any reasonable character set?
- @Lontjr: From what I understand the image Alderfer's ERG Theory.jpg is meant to represent that in ERG theory after a persons existence needs are met they then try to fulfill their relatedness needs, this is shown in the image with an unbroken arrow from the box labeled "Existence Needs - E" to the box labeled "Relatedness needs - R", and if experience frustration with or disruption of their existence needs later they will no longer focus on their relatedness needs and will return to focusing on their existence needs, shown with a dotted line in the image from the box labeled "Relatedness needs - R" to the one labeled "Existence Needs - E". Similar can be said about relatedness needs and growth needs. The curved arrows which point to the box they came from are meant to represent further development in that need area. In addition to being written in English, the image also contains writing in Sinhala, which is what your question may be mainly about. It is less than perfect that the image contains the text given that this is an English encyclopedia, but the image still is informative. I going to make a request at c:Commons:Graphic Lab/Illustration workshop if someone is willing to make a SVG version that is only in English.
