Goverment and JNA
The government without Zelenović accused the protesters for traitorous conspiracy and brought out tanks to prevent the deposing of SPS.
Republican governments had no authority over JNA. Only federal institutions could order army to take a action. -- Bojan Talk 16:36, 21 September 2010 (UTC)
