Anchoring
I assume this phenomenon has something to do with anchoring; e.g. if I ask you whether Africa contains over 100 countries (you answer: "no") and then ask you how many countries you think it has, your answer is higher than it would have been otherwise. As noted by Daniel Kahnemann and others. However the article doesn't mention this. Ben Finn (talk) 13:30, 4 August 2015 (UTC)
