Sorry, but this article meets the criteria for a quick fail according to the GA criteria. This is because of the needs references banner from 2008 - it'd be one thing if this is recent, but given the need for this for 8 years, it's something else. Even then I could overlook it, but the article is littered with cite needed templates.
As such, I have no choice but to close this nomination. Once those issues have been cleared (and those helpfully raised on the talk page) then you can renominate at that point. Miyagawa (talk) 12:48, 25 February 2016 (UTC)
