My Apostolo book just says the last of 4 prototypes was captured by Americans. It says the first prototype was flown by Friedrich von Doblhoff in 1942 and that the helicopter had a 140 hp Siemens-Halske engine. The book text does not specify which prototype though.

The text from German Aircraft of the Second World War at aviastar indicates the V2 was a converted V1 with an improved engine. -Fnlayson (talk) 00:14, 16 August 2009 (UTC)Reply
