The Four Regions?

Are the four regions actual government subdivisions, or do they exist only for statistical purposes? Inkan1969 (talk) 20:02, 27 May 2009 (UTC)

New district?

@Pntege: Your recent edit implies that a new district was added in November 2020. Do you have a source for this? The new map still shows 135 (plus Kampala). --Lasunncty (talk) 09:44, 14 March 2022 (UTC)

@LasunnctyYes, click on the map and go to sources and you will see the source as UNHCR. And yes citation number 7 shows the Independent article where Parliament of Uganda approved creation of Terego District. The map shows all 136 districts. Hope this clarifies. Pntege (talk) 15:24, 14 March 2022 (UTC)

Terego was created in July 2020, not November. Also, Kampala is given a number in the map although it is not technically a district. --~~
