Neutral point of view: Controversy edit
The controversy section within the Apple silicon Developer Transition Kit section seems to indicate a very biased point of view from the author. Specifically, it begins with a number of assumptions made by its author, and littered with clear bias such as "This was an unexpected benefit of the Universal App Quick Start Program since it wasn't promised beforehand or part of the original agreement," or "despite Apple's warnings beforehand." These are worded as defences of Apple, rather than helpful context.
If Apple's point of view can be cited throughout as arguments against the controversy, it would make sense to cite developers' actual grievances rather than to badly paraphrase. Many of this feedback was public, and so could be easily cited.

- If there are no disagreements soon, I think it makes sense to revert @Nskernel's version, which was reverted by @Vanished user 54982742, who said "if there are concerns about NPOV or factual inaccuracies people are invited to discuss them on the Talk page, this way we can prevent back and forth editing".
