I'm wondering about which name to settle on here. Devar-toi, Algul Siento or Blue Heaven? I just started rereading "The Gunslinger" (the 2003 revision) and a taheen is indeed mentioned, looking for a place called either "algul Siento" or "Blue Heaven".
Now, not only are these mentioned first, but in-universe "Algul Siento" is credited as the "real" name, with Devar-Toi being a sort of slang term used by the inmates.
