If one goes by the definition of Design leadership - then to state that the Design manager will need to tell the Design leadership where to go is wrong. The goals are set by the leadership. But the path to the goals is typically set by the management. 110.227.151.0 (talk) 10:06, 7 June 2016 (UTC)
