Council edit

- Per WP:Scouting MoS, smaller than council should be in no less than a council article. We do not really need any articles on 'non-notable individual camps, they are crap magnets. It is tiresome and distressing that eager editors can write such thorough articles on absolutely non-notable topics outside their local area. Chris (クリス • フィッチ) (talk) 02:28, 17 September 2008 (UTC)
