What, are you kidding me? What about the notes? The references are from professional law reviews and case law. What is a reliable source??? An internet link!!!!!

--This page seems incomplete.

  •a distinction between Standby-Letter-Of-Credit and Demand Guarantee is mentioned in the first paragraph, but thereafter never further explained. 
  •there is very little detail regarding the actual contract and it's construction.
  •the style is confusing: it mixes terms and uses circular sentences that seem to go no where
  •under the second section the types of risks are mentioned, but only one is mentioned: jurisdictional risk.
