I will undertake this review as part of the sweeps.
The article is mostly neutral (with some exceptions, more stylistic in nature than actual non-neutral POV), mostly well written (though not always well-punctuated), extremely well researched, comprehensive and interesting. It is well-referenced. The images appear in order. Although the prose will benefit from a copyedit and punctuation check, there is nothing here that warrants de-listing at GA level.
