Hello, I am the author of the DFDL Wikipedia page and have just noticed the box saying that the page has issues. I'm sorry to hear that. I'll try and address each of the points raised in turn:

1) "It relies on references to primary sources or sources affiliated with the subject, rather than references from independent authors and third-party publications." DFDL is an emerging standard. There are two implementations underway, from IBM and US NCSA at Univ of Illinois. As yet there are no independent articles on DFDL, so I hadn't cited third party references. There are a couple of public articles, but they are written by people associated with the standard so I had assumed they wouldn't count (eg: http://cet.ncsa.uiuc.edu/projects/naraDFDL.html). I can add these links if it helps address this issue. Also, IBM will shortly have its implementation publicly available and I was going to add a link to their online material.

2) "Its introduction may need to be rewritten to comply with Wikipedia's lead section guidelines." I've read the guidelines and I'm afraid I don't see what the issue is, please could someone enlighten me, or rewrite the introduction?

3) "The notability of this article's subject is in question. If notability cannot be established, it may be listed for deletion or removed". I'm assuming that the issue here is around reliable third party sources? Does the arrival of IBM's implementation solve this?
