Blank and redirect to Elastance § Units

All of the information conveyed in this article is already conveyed in the Units section of the article on electrical elastance, so I feel that this is enough of a case to redirect this article to that section. The section in Elastance is quite short, so expansion of Daraf could take place there instead.
