Adding info

edit

I attempted to add some basic information to this article, based on the templates. I do not know how to add images.JeanColumbia 13:11, 22 October 2006 (UTC)Reply

I've been working on this article to provide pertinent information. I've included about as much as time and research will allow. Today I added the image, the album cover, hopefully under the appropriate fair use requirememnts. JeanColumbia 13:01, 6 November 2006 (UTC)Reply

I put all of the production history together, chronologically, I think it reads better and is more informative. I added back a sentence on the original length of the initial production (at Caffe Cino), and the first director. If that is too much information, your choice to remove. It interests me in terms of the total history.

I never meant this to be a bouquet to Peters, it was my first article--I've removed the heading, "Acclaim and emergence of Bernadette Peters as a new star", although quite lovely. If the article reads a little too much like a "fan", then perhaps I put too much in.JeanColumbia 10:51, 9 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

I restored the reviews of the original Off-Broadway production to their previous place, directly after the information on that production. Reads all-of-a-piece now, IMHO.
I got the information on which characters sing which songs from (1) a review in Curtains Up of a revival from 9/10/2004, and (2) a program from a local production from 2003 (I hope this isn't considered Original research).JeanColumbia 11:50, 9 April 2007 (UTC)Reply

Good job. Those are published references, so not OR. -- Ssilvers 15:53, 9 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

Broadway production

edit

(I can't believe I'm back at the first article I edited!) According to the press release/info published in on-line sources, (for example, at Playbill, [Dames at Sea Will Arrive on Broadway in 2014]) there will be a Broadway production in 2014. I think it is way too early to include this info in the article, especially since so little is known, but I will do so later this year if no one else gets to it. Alternatively, when more is known, say a theatre, dates, and/or cast, that may be the time to include. Flami72 (talk) 19:18, 20 August 2013 (UTC)Reply
