Possibly incorrect info in first paragraph on DNMT3a function

The second sentence of the function paragraph cites Rhee et al., 2000 and derives a strong claim from it. While interesting, the claim that loss of DNMT1 has a negligible effect on DNA methylation is most likely due to the fact that cell lines in both Rhee papers are not complete knockouts but rather a series of hypomorphs (partially functional truncated DNMT1 protein). This is outlined here: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1599915/. Further support for this is the essential nature of DNMT1 across mammalian cells: https://www.nature.com/articles/ng.3258 https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/11137995/.
