This article is well edited with links to other relevant topics which readers could further read up on, and Crystal added in some very important points in the role of Registrar – Accession and Provenance research. I felt this article is comprehensive and well researched on. The style of this style follows the style guidelines with a good lead section, appropriate structure and consistent citations.

This article define the role of Registrar well, however I felt that the article can be further improved with a statement or two to elaborate between the role of Collection Manger and that of a Registrar. This would help readers distinguish the difference between the two roles. A registrar might have to take on additional work responsibilities in a smaller museum.

Crystal's article on Registrar's is well-researched, neutral, and follows the appropriate style guidelines. Additionally, the article provides appropriate citations and references, and has a good lead section. It stayed focused on the main topic, but is also not excessive in length. Crystal covered many of the tasks a registrar may have to do, and provided a concise overview of each task.

I think in the case of a Registrar, one encyclopedic definition can be written for this collections role, as it does not seem to change much. One change I may suggest is including the difference between a Registrar and a Collections Manager. In a smaller museum, both roles may be taken on by the same person, but in a large museum, a Collections Department and a Registration Department could be completely separate. Additionally, if the museum includes any living collections, these roles could have additional tasks.

Crystal, the outline for your encyclopedic article is great and covers everything related to the documentation of cultural objects. From the initial documents needed for accessioning newly acquired objects, loans and exhibitions, including deaccessioning, among other important parts related to the documentation of cultural objects. You also included to talks about cataloging standards and its systems. The only changes I'd suggest for the outline is to move numbering/marking in to cataloging standards and talk about the cataloging process (measuring, numbering, condition report, photographs, etc). I know you've included condition reporting and photography, but looking at the outline condition report is referencing to loans and exhibitions, and photography is referencing to conservation treatment; what I mean is that condition report and photography should be reference to the action cataloging process, not related to loans and exhibitions nor conservation.

In terms of your references, you did I great job in selecting MRM5, Registration Methods for the Small Museums, Cataloging Cultural Objects: A Guide to Describing Cultural Works and Their Images, and Conservation Treatment Methodology for your article. I would try to include online references to the content of your article, since not everyone is going to have the books to look at, unless you've planned to add it to the "See Also" or add it into "External links".

Crystal, The outline for your final project is very well done. I actually do not find your layout and subject headings confusing--to me, this layout makes a lot of sense. As others have said, I think you should include a definition of cultural property in the beginning of your article. I would also suggest putting links in your article to other existing Wikipedia articles--such as those for registrars, collections managers, etc. I like how you included "Diagrams" underneath the heading "Packing Instructions and Shipping Receipts," but I wonder what type of diagrams you plan to use? You could also include "Bills of Lading" in this section. Also, what are your ideas for the "Sharing and Dissemination" section? Would this include online collections, blog posts, Facebook/other social media posts? As Orlando suggested, I would also include a section about the cataloging process for objects--measuring, numbering, condition reporting, and photographing are all aspects of this that I would include. MRM5 is a great resource for this article, but I would also include online resources, as not everyone will have this book.
