Question from a wikipedia newbie

Is it interesting and practical to include information such as detailed version ? It does not appear to be convenient to maintain ... Matieux 10:27, 15 December 2005 (UTC)

Change of subject title (Cryptool -> CrypTool) // etc.

Three questions of a newbie:

a) How can the subject title be changed.
   The correct name of the program and the open source project is written with a capital "T".
b) Can you give me a hint please, how to make the category entry "cryptology" work?
   Both, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Category:Cryptography
   and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cryptology
   do exist.
c) How can is be done, that it does not matter, how a user writes "CrypTool".
   The correct wiki page is at the moment:
   http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cryptool
   I'd like that all the following URL entries lead to the correct wiki page:
   - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/CrypTool  ((this does not work))
   - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/cryptool  ((this works))

This article has multiple issues

On Feb 06, 2020, I noticed the template message at the top of the English CrypTool article. The message assumes the article relies too much on references to primary sources, may contain inappropriate references to self-published sources, may rely excessively on sources too closely associated with the subject. As often in open-source or research projects, the contributors publish about their work in different journals. My questions is: If most of the references don't go to the project website but to independent journals or peer-reviewed articles, are they still considered inappropriate? Many thanks for your help. I know about the danger if an article is largely written by someone associated with the project. However, this should not completely exclude people involved in a project to contribute if they give independent references and enter facts. Considering your experience as a Wikipedia admin, does the template message at the top normally make other users enter additional information (given the existing information is correct already)? As member of the teaching staff at the Eichendorffschule in Kelkheim near Frankfurt I can tll we use CrypTool x-software 2 for nine years at special workshops. I can confirm on behalf of our school that CT is an open-source-software, has a very good and supportive community, and works fine in our courses on cryptography.Alfi43x (talk) 18:17, 10 March 2020 (UTC)
