Internet coupons vs mobile coupons vs digital coupons (and what we call them)

In the Delivery Methods section the difference between essentially physical or "print" coupons and digital coupons is discussed, however, digital coupons are split up as "Internet", "mobile" and "mobile app" coupons. I'd suggest that the section be revised to simply include an explanation of physical coupons, their forms and sources versus digital coupons and their forms and sources. Digital coupons are naturally able to be transmitted over the Internet and mobile devices are naturally able to access these digital coupons via the Internet so the difference is semantics and the explanations are redundant. This should help clarify and simplify this section.
In the current paragraph about so called "Internet coupons" there is a list of names that online retailers use to refer to their coupons. Is this listing necessary? And if so, what are "source codes" and who calls coupons that? I can't find any references to this term as a coupon on the first couple pages of Google search results and not even Wiktionary defines "sources codes" as anything remotely close to a redeemable voucher. I suggest that this whole list be removed for the sake of concision.
