Nearly empty of actual content

This article, while not unworthy of existing in it's current form, is not much more than a stub with a large collection of links in lieu of actual substantive content. The sections should have narrative content using the case laws as references rather than using the case law links as content in and of themselves. Right now it reads mostly like a list of relevant links a lawyer might compile for his own use rather than an encyclopedic entry.AaronMP84 (talk) 00:48, 11 December 2012 (UTC)
