Adding basic rules heading

I chose to add a basic rules section because I feel that it will help others what the basics are to copywriting rather than just reading definitions and seeing employments. I feel this will help others understand more of the simple aspects while not giving to much information that the rest of the page gives. I also changed a small of the definition by adding in the word occupation after the act.Ashleysharon (talk) 14:16, 12 June 2019 (UTC)
