The majority of this article quotes the Declaration verbatim, which I think we should remove on the grounds of WP:PRIMARY. I also think there's a case for editing the introduction on the grounds of WP:NPOV, and not just because "positive statement" is a value judgement in this context. It also needs a style clean-up. So, I propose to make these changes in the next few days unless anyone objects. (Incidentally, in the quotation from the Declaration, what is "the copyright aquis"?
