Trolling / Vandalism edit

There have been a series of troll edits made to this page, in order to play on the fact that the name is slang for vagina, including sister cities references and false claims about the origin of the name of the town. Stay vigilant about any edits that are from IPs rather than user accounts.

Update: I've successfully requested that the page be protected against vandalism from unverified and/or IP edits, the admin in question made it temporary but I'll petition for permanent protection if the problem recurs. If anyone wants to request protection, you can do it at Wikipedia:Requests for page protection, and if you need to revert changes from the vandal(s) you can follow the instructions at Help:Reverting. I've also added this page to Wikipedia:Most vandalized pages.
