Difficulty in interpreting the article

edit

Since the word Commonwealth used here is capitalized does that mean it refers to the "53 member Commonwealth of Nations" as it says here - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Commonwealth

If so does that mean revenue from Australias income tax is distributed amongst all of the 53 member Commonwealth of Nations and not just Australia?

No, the "Commonwealth" here refers to the "Commonwealth of Australia", the nations official title, and not the Commonwealth of Nations. And no, there is no relationship to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, either. --Michael Johnson (talk) 01:17, 3 April 2009 (UTC)Reply

Start class, needs references and expansion.EECavazos 05:51, 9 November 2007 (UTC)Reply

==WP Tax Priority==

Mid priority because important in Australia. I thought about high priority but the article deals with the legality of taxation rather than addressing a specific tax content.EECavazos 05:53, 9 November 2007 (UTC)Reply
