Ipswich Basin edit

The first section is really discussing the Ipswich Basin sediments. In the south of the CM basin the Ipswich basin is basically a sub basin but in the north they are very distinct. Yendor of yinn (talk) 05:51, 2 June 2012 (UTC)Reply

That's because I split this out from Geology of New South Wales, and it still needs more work on the northern section. You are welcome to add a lot more. I started Geology of Queensland but it is only a shadow of what it should be, with little content so far. I own a reference book on NSW, but not one for Qld, so Qld has got the light treatment. ahh, ok. This reference is good for the CMB - Wells, A.T. and O'Brien, P.E. (eds.) Geology and Petroleum Potential of the Clarence-Moreton Basin, New South Wales and Queensland.
