The article uses references that point to a few aspects of CIO concerns, but no modern references to the role itself, and a great many assertions are unsourced. The section titles are not typical for a job role as described in Wikipedia. There's a good bit of jargon. I'll return to edit in the future, but if someone WANTS to make a pass at the article earlier... please do. Nickmalik (talk) 04:18, 1 July 2014 (UTC)
