Alan AldaGrande13 02:46, 27 November 2006 (UTC that's the name that jumped in my head initially

I'm not sure Victor was voiced by Alda - it sounded like somebody doing an impression of him. Do we have a source for his uncredited performance? Hoof Hearted 15:11, 28 November 2006 (UTC)
one of the directors on the message boards identified the voice as Alan Alda Grande13 15:49, 28 November 2006 (UTC)

Curtis?

Who did the voice of Curtis (the baby) this ep? I recognize him but can't pinpoint it.

Eddie Murphy Raw Reference?

At the party when "Olivia" says "You don't own me! --- I don't see a ring on my finger!". This is almost an exact copy of a running gag in Eddie Murphy Raw. If it would fit in the article could someone add it properly? 84.217.96.241 17:44, 28 November 2006 (UTC)

Kristalnacht ref

When Stewie and the girl are watching people in the park, Stewie points out the "Jewish Cowboy", and says something like "We'll see if you're riding high tonight". This sounds like a reference to the Kristalnacht "Night of the broken glass", when people in German cities raided Jewish shops and beat Jews in the street. Maybe someone could work this reference in to the article and a link to the kristalnacht article.—Preceding unsigned comment added by Ernestleonard (talkcontribs) 00:57, 29 November 2006

No it's not, it's a reference to Shabbat. Cheers. L0b0t

Alan Alda

I cannot seem to find any source that says he was even in the episode. His name wasn't in the credits so I'm inclined to believe that he is in fact not in the episode and is not just "uncredited". Grande13 mentioned a message board topic that I cannot find, so if someone can find a reliable source that he was the voice, please cite it in the infobox. -- ZJH 11:52, 9 December 2006 (UTC)

It sounds like Maurice LaMarche. Is he credited? L0b0t 12:15, 9 December 2006 (UTC)

its was on one of the family guy blogs and one of the directors mentioned it was Alda Grande13 14:58, 9 December 2006 (UTC)

Yeah, the character definately sounds like Alda, but it of course could be a voice actor, however neither Alda's name nor any other guest's name is mentioned in the credits. I suppose they either "forgot," which is hard to believe, or the voice is actually one of the regular cast members. I guess Alda could've done it and specifically requested not to be credited. Other than that, I'm out of ideas. 71.57.52.253 04:21, 11 December 2006 (UTC)

Someone added a link to a fan site as evidence that Alda was the voice of the character, but a fan site is not an appropriate reference in this case. I will re-mark the credit as unsourced. --Jeffrey O. Gustafson - Shazaam! - <*> 08:16, 12 February 2007 (UTC)
Grande13, can you provide a link to that blog? MrBlondNYC 07:40, 19 February 2007 (UTC)

it was mentioned on damnyouall.net by someone that is a confirmed director and also on blog.familyguy.com Grande13

I've searched around on these sites and cannot find anything on Alan Alda. Although big stars will often do uncredited work, Family Guy always credits their big name guest stars. That's one of the hooks of these animated shows, epsecially FOX's. Famous people doing voices. I don't see why all of a sudden they would agree not to give Alda credit. Or why Alda would request not to be credited in the first place. With no proof, I think we can safely assume that a talented voice mimic - of which there are many on Family Guy - imitated Alda. Somebody could have easily added Alda's name to imdb just assuming it was him. MrBlondNYC 09:57, 20 February 2007 (UTC)]
The episode was rerun last night and I didn't see Alda's name on the credits. I don't know who did the voice but it sounded exactly like him.The Invisible Man 21:04, 2 April 2007 (UTC)

Chuck Berry Gag in this episode?

I'm trying to recall which 6th season episode featured a Chuck Berry cutaway gag (as part of a juice commercial, he says, "open your mouth, baby! here it comes!" referencing some of the less savory aspects of his personal life). I thought this one was it, but now I'm not so sure. Any help? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 216.193.173.189 (talk) 03:20, 4 April 2007 (UTC).

If it's this episode that featured the joke, it's likely a notable cultural reference and I'd like to include it. But like I said, I'm not sure this was the one.

An anonymous user added it to Chuck Berry#References in popular culture, so at least someone's backing you up. I must have missed it in the latest rebroadcast. Hoof Hearted 15:58, 5 April 2007 (UTC)
They just had it on adult swim on Sunday night. It was absolutely in this episode. Stusutcliffe (talk) 15:02, 25 March 2008 (UTC)

Gay

I wonder if the final scene, when Stewie talks about living with someone of your own sex, "do what you would do with women, but with your buddy" is a reference to the song "Why Can't a Woman Be More Like a Man?" of "My Fair Lady". It wouldn't be surprising as in the chapter "One If by Clam, Two If by Sea" there is a huge refference to that play.--Nauki (talk) 16:55, 6 February 2008 (UTC)
