NPOV problems

There are problems in this article related to our Neutral point of view policy (NPOV). For instance this sentence is heavily slanted:

During the period of this dictator, real progress was made by skillful economic policies. In 1990 a democracy was established which continues to grow on the success of the wise investments of the dictatorship of Augusto Pinochet

1971 Agrarian revolt

1971 Agrarian revolt should be in a linked article from the provincial history not nearly the whole thing. I think a few interesting things happened between 1551 and 1971. Asiaticus (talk) 01:22, 4 April 2008 (UTC)
