Should WTSN really be listed in this article anymore since it isn't on air anymore? I know the argument will be that the license hasn't been surrendered but there are other category 1 licensed services out there that have never been launched so should they be listed here too? - The ones that have never launched actually should be listed here. They shouldn't necessarily have their own separate articles, but they should be at least mentioned in this one since they were duly licensed. I've moved WTSN to a new "defunct channels" subsection — please do add the unlaunched ones there. Bearcat 23:16, 29 November 2006 (UTC)
