Errors and omissions

• "carpopedal" refers to 'wrist and foot', not just wrist. Corrected.
• A "deformation" is a permanent abnormality of physical development, usually intrauterine. Carpopedal spasm is not a deformation or deformity; it is a transient physical exam finding, or sign. Corrected.
• There's a perfectly good article over at Trousseau sign that describes this finding rather better than does this article. I'd suggest replacing one of them - probably the eponym - with a redirect to this article. Unfortunately, since the eponymous signs of Trousseau are myriad, there should probably eventually be a disambig page about Trousseau's signs and syndromes and maneuvers that links here (among other places).
