Name edit

It is more probable that this mineral was named after the father of George Cancrin, Franz Ludwig von Cancrin, who was an eminent mineralogist. -- Reinhard Dietrich (talk) 16:07, 12 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Unexplained image edit

The image captioned "Cancrinite cages" caught my eye, but there is nothing in the article explaining what relevance the image has. Presumably it is part of the structure, but on what scale? Atomic, crystal? If it's atomic, then what atoms are where in the image? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 67.173.209.250 (talk) 16:57, 19 June 2013 (UTC)Reply

Removed it for now as it lacked an explanation and was perhaps misleading - see Steven Dutch's "cage" comments here. Vsmith (talk) 18:28, 19 June 2013 (UTC)Reply
