First dates of use

In my collection, of world stamps, I first noticed the oldest CTOs from some South American countries, their larger commemmoratives....[But I think only one country at first]- (I think in a "pre-1900 Album") -(probably European countries preceded the S. American)... (From the HotSonoranDesert, ArizonaUSA.. ) ...
