Cardena Perpetua

edit

Seeing as Cardena Perpetua does not have its own Wikipedia page, I have added a redirect from Cardena Perpetua --> Cardena Temporal. if cardena perpetua does prove important enough to have its own page then the redirect can be removed. Etymology

edit

While the "perpetua" part is technically correct, it misses the point: The punishment is perpetual, everlasting, neverending. Cf. e.g the phrase "perpetuum mobile" or the etymology of perpetual (http://www.etymonline.com/index.php?term=perpetual). Continuous, at least in modern standard use is unlikely to be the meaning implied by "perpetua". 94.220.251.231 (talk) 22:46, 16 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
