Google Earth shows this address as between 23rd and 24th Streets. Were the numbers rearranged at some time, or is the article mistaken? Jim.henderson (talk) 02:08, 27 September 2010 (UTC)Reply

Aha! All buildings were renumbered in the 1920s, due to 6th Avenue being extended southward to accommodate the IND Sixth Avenue Line. See Deep Sixth, Forgotten New York Jim.henderson (talk) 14:55, 14 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
