Does this gun really deserve it's own entry?

edit

I think all this stuff would fit a small section in Beretta Cheetah section. This is kinda obscure gun that's pretty much a modified version of the Cheetah. What is the significance of this gun to justify it's own entry?TrickShotFinn (talk) 09:12, 10 May 2021 (UTC)Reply

There are substantial differences between the FN/Browning guns and the Beretta guns.
  • enclosed slide vs open slide
  • slide-mounted safety vs frame-mounted safety
  • Hi-Power-style hammer vs Beretta-style hammer
The FN/Browning pistol deserves its own article, but the article needs improvement.72.182.214.102 (talk) 14:11, 20 September 2023 (UTC)Reply

Article title re-name to FN 140DA

edit

I think we should re-name/move the article to FN 140DA as that is the original designation. The pistol was called Browning BDA only for the US/Canadian markets.72.182.214.102 (talk) 19:43, 20 September 2023 (UTC)Reply
