Check your facts
editSomeone wrote that Brookhaven is the largest town by area in New York state. That is obviously a huge mistake. Ohio and Webb in Herkimer County, and Arietta and Long Lake in Hamilton County are bigger in land area. In fact, Webb has nearly 200 square miles more than Brookhaven. hello (talk) 22:04, 22 November 2009 (UTC)
- You should have read a little further, its actually correct because a large portion is water, as the article explains.--Neighborhoodpalmreader (talk) 03:43, 24 November 2009 (UTC)
- I think the first section of the article is misleading. Instead of saying the town has the largest area, how about saying it has the largest TOTAL area, including both land and water. When I think of area of a place, I only think of land area, unless otherwise specified. hello (talk) 11:22, 24 November 2009 (UTC)
- I made a little revision to try to clear that up.--Neighborhoodpalmreader (talk) 19:34, 28 November 2009 (UTC)

Why reverted?
editHi, I noticed that you reverted my edit, in which I updated a photo, which is of higher quality than the older one. I just wonder why did you revert that? Thanks. @BlueboyLINY Vitsuha (talk) 03:11, 12 May 2024 (UTC)
