User:Bhtpbank - My initial thought is that it will not pass the "Stable" criteria. Reason: It has been heavily edited by one editor over the last month, and needs some time to elapse for other editors to read it and to ensure that there are no challengable issues. Bhtpbank, I happened to see this as I was still watching your talk page, so I hope you don't mind my chiming in here. The stability criterion only requires that "it does not change significantly from day to day because of an ongoing edit war or content dispute". There were two reverts in mid-October, but that doesn't seem to me to constitute "an ongoing edit war" that changes the article "significantly from day to day"; I'd say this is therefore fine on the stability criterion.
