Scientific name: the gender of the genus name Bothrops is masculine, consequently the correct name is the species is Bothrops pulcher, not Bothrops pulchra. The use of pulchra dates back to the time when the species was assigned to genus Bothriopsis, which is feminine. This means that the title of the article needs to be changed to reflect this.
