I placed this article on hold for GA status due to the following issues mentioned below:

GA review (see here for criteria)

1. It is reasonably well written.

   Almost all of the article is fine. I have only two qualms. (1) The sentence "It was released independently, because No Doubt had recorded many songs that they knew would not make it onto an Interscope-produced album and were frustrated by a lack of attention from their label" is not sourced. (2) ref 28 doesn't exist anymore. There's a page that exist but nothing about No Doubt is listed there. The information was probably moved or deleted. You need to replace this ref with another or take out that sentence with this citation altogether.

3. It is broad in its coverage.

4. It follows the neutral point of view policy.

   Fair representation without bias:

5. It is stable.

   No edit wars, etc.:

6. It is illustrated by images, where possible and appropriate.

   Just fix those two issues mentioned above. They should be relatively quick and easy. I saw that you've been waiting for a review since July; you're almost there.

No, no more problems. This is a well written article. I think your lead is great. I like how you italicized the album titles while putting song titles in quotes. If you would've italicized both or put both songs and albums in quotes it would've been confusing. Good eye on your part. I encourage you to review some other music related article that's been nominated for GA. I don't know why but the Arts category in particular has a long wait list compared to every other category.
