New Section: The Law as it is right now and its main regulations that have practical impact to people, companies and organizations within EU.
Shouldn't there be a section describing the actual content of the law as it is today? There is a huge section on the history of the law and how it evolved but no real "the law right now" section. It is hard to get a a good idea of what the law contains and what are the key points in the final version of the law and that is probably the main reason people go here. --84.55.110.220 (talk) 10:56, 1 April 2015 (UTC)

The article is seriously out of date. The directive was signed in December 2006 and the Member States have until December 2009 to implement it.Ian oli (talk) 16:36, 29 April 2008 (UTC)
