CISF conflict at Bokaro

Please use CISF conflict at Bokaro to tell more about the conflict and not the main Bokaro Page. --Sandyiit (talk) 17:04, 27 August 2008 (UTC)

Colony

I think it's important to explain that Bokaro Steel City is just a big colony to house industrial workers. Unlike Ranchi and Jamshedpur, it doesn't have basic characteristics of a city till date. It's still not connected with the local economy and population. The economy is solely dependent on Bokaro Steel Plant. The city can't exist without Bokaro Steel Plant. The rest of business, basically all shops, are for convenience of the town's residents. In absence of colleges and universities, Bokaro can't be called a educational center. The town has many primary and secondary schools, which exists to give basic training to kids to join elite training institutes in the rest of the country and become cheap labour to run industrial houses there. Bokaro Steel City takes pride in it. Manoj nav (talk) 10:51, 16 August 2009 (UTC)

: Dear User,

Bokaro Steel City is a city per Government of India stipulations and the city is well recognized as a center of education. The city produced students who are today working at some of the top organizations in "highly" paid jobs. Don't push POVs and assumptions. Wikipedia is not the place for that. You may consider writing a Blog for the purpose.
Happy Blogging!

Cleanup

There current tone of the article is not appropriate. Information should be presented in an objective manner (see WP:NPOV), instead of using colorful language to emphasise the qualities of the subject. Note that I'm not disputing the accuracy of the statements, but rather the wording and the expression -Reconsider the static (talk) 04:55, 7 November 2009 (UTC)

There are many sections of this article that lack references. Perhaps the content is referenced by some of the external links, but this article needs better footnoting; as it stands much of the content seems to be original research. PDCook (talk) 14:22, 2 March 2010 (UTC)
