- I feel the plaza does have not only historical significance, being DeBartolo's first shopping center, as well as being the first "mall" in Youngstown-Warren area. Also it is claimed to be the first plaza in the US. I am still looking for a significant source to support that, and once I do, I will be adding it. Larry Hachucka (talk) 00:46, 31 May 2023 (UTC)
