The article is founded on literature and potentially written by an established fake user who promoted the work of Proctor et al. See Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Pproctor/Archive. My inclination is to remove almost all of the content and retain some material not added by User:Cjbetti. --Smokefoot (talk) 11:32, 27 February 2013 (UTC)Reply
