The entry is PR edit
This entire entry would appear to be PR, and is of no value as an encyclopedia article. For example, the claim in the introduction that "the knowledge society both enables and requires intelligent community, intelligent democracy and intelligent governance", (apart from being meaningless) is not part of any neutral description of the organisation. I am removing that, but the whole article should either be overhauled or removed. Liamcalling (talk) 07:16, 30 July 2014 (UTC)
