Merging Discussion edit
Since the Bergen County Police Department has been merged with the Bergen County Sheriff's Department, this article has no point of existing on its own now. I suggest that we create a new article, called "Bergen County Sheriff's Department" and merge this article into the new one. Battlesnake1 (talk) 03:51, 25 June 2016 (UTC)
- I agree with the creation of an article for the Sheriff's Department, but disagree with a merger of the articles (I actually agreed with the merger of the actual departments, but that's neither here nor there). Notability is not temporary, the the BCPD was notable during its existence. oknazevad (talk) 05:19, 25 June 2016 (UTC)
- Oppose merger I agree that the notability of the BCPD stands on its own, but that the BCSD should have its own independent article. Alansohn (talk) 03:01, 26 June 2016 (UTC)
